Oh, dear Garnetkit....

Garnetkit padded out of the nursery, tail in the air and head down. This was her version of a hunters crouch. Suddely, out of the corner of her eye, she caught site of a leaf that had blow out of a near-by tree. Spinning around, she pounced, grabbing between her paw and rolling onto her belly to bat it in the air. "HAH!" She exclaimed, triumphant. "Gotcha!" She took the leaf in her mouth, shaking it. Afterward, she put it on the ground, waiting until the wind blew, and then pinning it down with her tiny paw before it could blow away. It never even occurred to her that anyone might be watching.

Brambleberry padded silently out of the warrior's den, chuckling mentally. She ghosted up behind Garnetkit, and then let out an echoing yowl. "MRRRROW!" The tabby she-cat leaped at the kit, gently tackling her, making sure not to hurt her. "Gotcha!" She meowed triumphantly, grinning mischieviously.

Whitefur towered over them both.
"I see playful Kits" he teased looking at them both.

Garnetkit huffed, standing up and shaking herself off after Brambleberry's tackle. "I thought warriors were supposed to hunt all day..." She complained, pretending her pride had been ****. She licked her tiny paw once, running it over her ear, glaring at them rather playfully before padding back towards the nursey.
